- CUDA 13 removes offline compilation support targeting architectures before Turing, including Volta; qualify a compatible toolchain rather than assuming current CUDA support
- An existing application may continue to run with a compatible runtime and driver; the compilation boundary is not an assertion that all installed workloads stop
