Information you send us
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your contact name, company, email address, delivery location, requested quantity, region and preferred currency.
You may also provide a model, exact variant, hardware condition and notes. We record your acknowledgment of inquiry handling and assign a request identifier.
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, clarify requirements and coordinate sourcing. The form does not request marketing consent.
Include only information needed for the inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or unrelated personal information in the notes.
Where your inquiry goes
Our application stores inquiry records in a Neon PostgreSQL database. A delivery queue tracks notification attempts and their status.
Resend sends the inquiry details by email to our sales inbox at sales@cardinalsilicon.com. Google Workspace hosts that inbox.
The notification includes the contact details and requirements you submitted. Your email address is used as its reply-to address.
Vercel hosts the website and API. Hosting and delivery providers process technical information needed to operate their services, including service logs.
Company research and follow-up
We manage inquiries in a private CRM with notes, deal stages and follow-up dates.
We may read your company's public website to understand its business and identify company LinkedIn links.
We keep the source and research date. Uncertain information remains separate from confirmed contact details.
Personal LinkedIn profiles require manual verification. No paid enrichment service or external language model receives inquiry data in this implementation.
Request protection and logs
The application derives a keyed hash from the client IP address for rate limiting. Its inquiry database stores that hash rather than the original IP address.
A hash is not a promise of anonymity. Hosting infrastructure processes network information when handling requests.
We also store idempotency keys and payload hashes to prevent duplicate inquiries. Notification records help us identify failed delivery attempts.
Browser preferences
The website uses your browser's time zone to suggest a region. You can change the region in the footer.
Your selected region is stored in browser localStorage under cardinal-preview-region. It controls the region display and preferred currency.
You can remove this preference by clearing the site's browser storage. The current website has no advertising trackers installed.
Sandbox requests
The developer sandbox validates synthetic inquiry data without storing an inquiry or sending an email. Hosting and rate-limit processing still apply.
Use example contact details when testing. Submit actual buyer information only when you intend to create an authorized production inquiry.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, referring websites, countries and device types.
Google Analytics uses cookies. We load its tag only after you accept analytics. Declining does not affect the website or inquiry forms.
We remove query parameters and fragments from tracked page URLs and limit referrers to their website origin. Form contents are not sent as analytics events.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our integration. We do not send a user identifier to Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent stops our tracking and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.
Our integration respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Local previews and deployment preview domains do not collect analytics.
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Browser analytics does not count visitors who decline or block tracking, or every automated agent.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry records, delivery records and inbox copies persist unless removed. An automatic deletion schedule has not been configured.
Contact sales@cardinalsilicon.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied.
Include your request identifier if available. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request concerns your data.
We will review the records and explain any limits on the requested action. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
