START WITH PRIMARY SOURCES

Use manufacturer specifications and documentation as the basis for technical claims. Each specification should retain its source, revision and review date. Conflicting claims should be investigated rather than silently combined.

EXPLAIN THE CONDITIONS

State whether a performance number is theoretical or measured. Distinguish dense from sparse compute and identify precision, software and test configuration. Do not compare numbers with different conditions as if they were equivalent.

KEEP THE LIBRARY CURRENT

The planned research workflow will identify topics, assemble source-backed drafts and flag outdated pages. Technical review is part of the proposed publishing process. Two or three articles each week is a target cadence, not a reason to publish incomplete research.
