## Inquiry actions
POST /api/v1/requests creates a real inquiry when commissioned. Obtain the person's authorization, include consent and retain the same Idempotency-Key when retrying. A 202 response confirms durable receipt, not a quote or purchase. A 503 response does not confirm receipt.

## Current status
The reference website is public. Backend inquiry submission is configured. A 202 response confirms stored receipt, not delivery to a mailbox. No verified aftermarket pricing range is published yet.
